How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Does Piccalo provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

If cooking, do you smoke food before or after cooking it?

There are no rules when it comes to smoking, but we do find adding smoke after cooking has more effect. Try smoking before for subtle flavor or after for a slightly stronger taste. Alternatively smoke before and after for a deep complex flavor.

Can I smoke anything like herbs, sawdust, or leaves? or does it have to be woodchips?

We recommend sticking to food safe wood chips only. Ensure they are dry, for best results. 

Is the smoker dishwasher safe?

No the Piccalo smoke infuser is not dishwasher safe, we do include a small brush to clean the mesh smoke chamber and care instructions for your Piccalo smoker and how to wash and clean it.
